Maternity

There's one photo of my mom while she was pregnant with me. She's standing in the doorway of her home in her nightgown. She is looking down at her belly. Each time i look at that photo, i am overcome with emotion. It is one of my most cherished images of my mother and me. That photo brings me such a tender sense of connection with her.

Maternity photos are often dismissed because ... well... who wants photos of themselves when they have gained weight? But, i truly do love the journey through pregnancy and becoming a mother... a family. And i believe it is one of the most pure type of photoshoots. I would love the opportunity to highlight this time in your life.
